Entrepreneur Brand has been founded by Kaye Thorne, as a creative business person she well understands the challenges faced by creative and innovative young businesses. As well as working with large corporate organizations she also enjoys mentoring embryonic new businesses in developing their entrepreneur brand.
She has particular expertise in creativity and innovation and supporting people and organizations who think differently. She also has worked with and encouraged young businesses to gain recognition for their achievements through submissions for awards. Her belief is that so many people get buried in the day to day running of their businesses that they forget to recognize what they have achieved. She encourages individuals to record the growth of their organizations in pictures and words. Not just for awards but as a dynamic record of their achievements.
Kaye is also a branding expert and online media developer. She has worked with a number of corporate boards in developing either their employer brand, or supporting the creation of their brand identity. She is author of Personnel Today’s One Stop Guide to Employer Branding, one of only three global books on the topic and the judge for their Employer Branding Awards. She is also Founder of The Employer Branding Forum.
She is co-founder of www.hotbrandscoolplaces.co.uk, a lifestyle site designed to showcase the hottest brands and the coolest places .She is a past winner of U.K. National Training Award and has been short-listed for Outstanding Contribution to Learning by WOLCE.
As well as her UK team, she has support from a number of Senior Associates and brand experts in the US, Australia and Europe.
